Erica Williams Simon is an award-winning narrative strategist, creative, interviewer and author. As the founder and former Head of Snapchat’s Creator’s Lab, Erica creates content and conversations that help a diverse, digitally native generation tell new stories about “who we are and how we want to live,” while also helping clients bring big ideas for cultural and social impact to life. She is particularly passionate about advancing narrative literacy and  power with young people, communities of color and progressive faith leaders. Erica previously served as Creative Director and Senior Editor at Upworthy and spent nearly a decade in Washington, DC, working at the Center for American Progress and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. She currently serves on the board of Cinereach.
