Soul Story Lab

An initiative from Story Strategy Group’s innovation studio, “Soul Story Lab” seeks to nurture and amplify diverse spiritual voices in the digital age. This 18-month accelerator program supports emerging spiritual leaders with demonstrated potential to address America's crisis of meaning and purpose while advancing values of human flourishing, justice, and democracy. Through financial support, expert coaching, specialized curriculum, and community building, Soul Story Lab helps participants expand their reach and impact in a digital landscape that often rewards outrage over wisdom. The program aims to fill the spiritual vacuum currently exploited by regressive, nationalist movements, offering instead trusted messengers who help with meaning-making and speak to our deepest questions with compassion, nuance, and a vision for social renewal. 

This work is built on the theory of change that spiritual narratives (and the voices and storytellers that share them) hold the potential for tremendous social impact, particularly in an era of widespread political and social disruption.
